Join the foundation of music education and history of music excellence with Ontario Conservatory of Music in Brampton. Ontario Conservatory of Music opened one of our flagship campuses in Brampton on George & Queen Street in the heart of the old downtown Brampton district in 1954.

If you are a long time resident of Brampton, and you studied music as a child, it is likely you studied with Ontario Conservatory of Music. Since opening our doors in Brampton, Ontario Conservatory of Music has taught over one hundred thousand students in Brampton.

In the beginning, the Conservatory pioneered many progressive music programs starting with Hawaiian Guitar, Accordion, Organ, and eventually Piano, Guitar, Drums, Violin, Voice, and also Pre-school music programs, Theory, History, Harmony, and many others. Ontario Conservatory of Music has fine tuned several private study lesson programs, and pioneered what has become the most popular method for music study today, group instruction. Young children through to teenagers and adults through group instruction learn faster, learn by comparison, and learn to play in unison.

Due to our commitment to teaching excellence in Brampton, we required additional teaching space and moved our Brampton school location to a new facility located at 284 Queen Street East in the Scotia Bank Plaza on Hanson & Queen Street. Additionally we opened a new location at the same time to better serve our valued students in the east end at Williams Parkway and Airport Road, the address is 2 Automatic Road Suite 103. Click here for more information on the new Brampton East location. Watch for the upcoming North end location in Brampton opening soon.
